Hi, I m having thyroid since 3-4 years, past 9 monts I have tested 3 time and my TSH was around 5, 5.5 but today I tested thyroid and my TSH is increased to 8.24 , so what power (mcg) should I take

Treatment of hypothyroidism depends on level of TSH and also what medications you are on already. Since you have raised TSH level you may need to increase your medication dosage by 25 mcg. Repeat the test after 45 days.
