Thyroid problem
I have thyroid problem with increase in TSH level what foods I have to take and I have taken test 2 days ago and right now I'm using thyronorm tablet of 25 mcg,my TSH level raised to 60 where as limit is 30.so let me know the dose to be used and food to be taken to reduce the problem

As per my knowledge TSH value normally is 0.2-5.0 it's not 30 and if your TSH is 60 it's very high. Kindly confirm the values first and increase dose of thyronorm Diet - avoid cruciferous vegetables like cabbage cauliflower broccoli and spinach Avoid soy protein in diet Avoid sugars as they will increase weight Avoid fats as u r prone to get high cholesterol
