Thyroid problem
My mother has thyroid for the last 20 years, she is 74 years old, she weigh 64 kg. she is Diabetic also she has high blood pressure. she take regularly Levothyroxine, the dosage she take is from 50-150. Now she has a fatigue, & i took her to lab & the result is TSH=36.69 and T4=7.04, now the dosage she taking is 50. So, what dosage do you recommend? two doctors has different opinions, the 1st Dr. recommend to increase & the 2nd one recommend to continue with the same dosage.

As the thyroid hormones level do not maintain it's normal range I would recommend to increase the dosage..consult with an endocrinologist or General physician for proper assessment..
