What is the meaning of high tsh but normal t3,t4 and anti tpo...my tsh is 8.3 and I am not on medication from last one year

TSH becomes elevated even though the T4 and T3 may still be within the "normal" range. This rise in TSH represents the pituitary gland's response to a drop in circulating thyroid hormone; it is usually the first indication of thyroid gland failure...since you are already under treatment nothing to worry... Be in a regular fallow up with your physician they will do the needful.
