I am having a thyroid problem that is low level of T4 and high level of TSH.what precautions to take to be a normal and treatment for it

If your T4 is significantly less with raised TSH it means that you are having hypothyroidism. It means that your thyroid is functioning less than optimum. Treatment is thyroid replacement by tablets. It is a straightforward treatment
