Thyroid Profile Results TSH high

Question

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Got recently my thyroid profile tests done and TSH value is 6.38 against the level of 5.5. Both T3 & T4 is within the range. I have recently gained tremendous weight as well and feel tiresome mostly. Kindly advise if this is an alarming situation

Hello, tsh is high that's, the reason your weight increase suddenly.consult an endocrinologist for dose of thyroxin.tab to be taken in empty stomach. Not to stop the medicine it control the thyroid, not cure. Ok.one more thing it is calcium SPARING MEDICINE so add calcium with thyroxin.ok.
