Thyroid profile test
Total t3 is 0.60 ng/ml Total t4 is 2.88 ug/DL TSH >100.00 Is there any problem in my thyroid test. Please suggest me what to do.

Hello If you are thyroid level is T3  0.06 ng/ml  T4 is 2.88 ug/dl and TSH  more than 100.00 as you mentioned then u r having primary hypothyroidism . So in that case i will recommend you  initally tablet .levothyroxin 50mcg daily in the morning . For 1 month and repeat  the test after one month this medicine coarse may long from few months to year as per u r Thyroid level and symptoms  . before  that  you should consult with  endocrinologist or internal medicine dr . Nearby ...for detail history and examination
Next Steps
To know the reason and etiology of this hypothyroidism . u need to do sonography of thyroid gland and . anti tpo antibodies ... and  for further management u should visit nearby internal medicine or endocrinologist ..
