About wife - Tsh 4.82 on 17 July, 2 months pregnancy, started 25 mcg dose, had missed abortion on 12 Aug, stopped dose. On 22 Sep after visit to gynae, tsh 2.92, free t4 0.994, anti tpo 394, started 25mcg from 10 Oct. Now on 18 Nov, TSH 3.28, anti tpo 298, as per endocrinologist, 50MCG from 24-Nov. We are planning pregnancy this month now, would it be fine? Any special diet or remedies to keep Tsh levels in place.

The medications as prescribed, avoid cauliflower & cabbage  do  mild physical activity 45mts every day
