I am suffering from hypotyroidism. should i take medicine if TSH and T3 level is under range and T4 is high 11.21.

According to reports your T4 levels are high and TSH level is slightly low. Usually this occurs if you are already taking medications or it can occur in condition known as subclinical hyperthyroidism. I advise you to get FREE T3 AND FREE T4 and TSH from a reputed lab such as thyrocare which will clear all the doubts
