Thyroid symptoms again
Last year I was suggested by a doctor to go through my thyroid tests and the result was that I was just on the upper limit of normal level. I followed the medication for 3 months and I felt okay. Now again the symptoms like pre-menstrual spotting, weight gain, stress, insomnia, etc are showing up. Is these the same problem or something else? Is it possible for me to get the thyroid test done without a doctor's prescription? What should I do?

Many labs do tests without a doctor prescription but I would strongly recommend that you see your doctor first and get tests as suggested by them
