Thyroid test done, need a suggestion
Hi Doctor,
I'm facing issues like body pain, late mensuration, sleeping disorder.
I did thyroid test also, please find the attached copy of my report.
Please suggest what do I do ?

It's not normal to have irregular periods, sign of underlying hormone imbalance which needs further evaluation with proper blood investigations etc

Your thyroid level is normal.Get done complete urine examination and complete blood picture.Eat proper diet.Drink plenty of water.Do some exercise also like walking , jogging and yoga.
