I have done my TSH test done and the result is 4.99 . Can anyone please suggest me is it a major issue. If yes what should be the next step

Your TSH level is on upper borderline level. This is not a major issue as of now but you need to start medicine for thyroid to lower it down. If there are any associated symptoms then consult an endocrinologist.
