Hi Sir, We recently done thyroid test for my wife.she has given birth 5 month back .We have got the report stating that T3 2.96 and T4 0.54 TSH 62. Is it normal after delivery or should I go for an treatment? Will it come down after treatment? Thanks, Siva

Get FT4,FT3 done. Also please get Anti TPO antibody, TSH RECEPTOR AB Does she have any neck pain? Any family history of thyroid illness? She is most likely having postpartum thyroiditis! Regards
