I am 26 years old Male. Weight - 70 KG. Recently I have taken Master health check up and got to know that I have a
TSH value - 8.5 which is high. Is it danger at this range? Can you help me to reduce this by changing food habits or in any other way without using
thyroid medicine. Because as per my knowledge of we start use medicine then should continue it for long time. Can you suggest?
