Thyroxin dose in pregnancy
Her beta hcg level was 2430 after 14 days of Frozen embryo transfer during IVF. She is on 125 mcg Thyronorm and her TSH level from one week earlier test is 1.07. Endocrinologist advised to increase dose to 150 mcg but a previous time the dose was increased to 150, the TSH level became 0.05. 125 mcg is the dose which best suits her and keeps TSH level normal. Please advise if the dose needs to be increased because of pregnancy.
