  4. Tick bite I think. My stools are black!

Have swollen knee and my doc reckons I got bit by a tick on the beach it's all red swollen and firey hot the doc gave me penicillin and solpadol and ibuprofen but symptoms are same after 2 days also feel sick and my stools are black
