  4. Tight foreskin. With what is happening?

Tight foreskin
I was having intercourse without protection.. at the time of discharge it pained... My foreskin was half retracted and paining on discharge... Later on I pulled it back up.. after wards I tried using a condom and there was no pain... Can someone help me with what is happening ????
