Tight foreskin
My foreskin retracts when the penis is in a flaccid condition but doesn't when it's erect. Are there any creams which I can apply to get rid of the problem?

You can even apply a lignocaine gel or a cream and try to slowly retract. Do not use a lot of force when erect. If problem persists then visit a doctor
