Tight motion leading to pain while loo
Tight motion leading to pain while loo. From last 2 weeks. Heavily pains. Sometimes blood is seen. Please help me resolve this problem

You are suffering from chronic anal fissure . Avoid constipation and use hot sitz bath with anovate ointment with duphalac . If do. It resolve in two week then consult GI surgeon or general surgeon.
