Tight psoas
I have been having pain and injuries due to tight psoas muscle, should I run ? Will running make it better or put me more at risk of injury? It seems that I have tightened the muscle by doing weighted sit-ups, in a wrong way, any suggestion as to what can I do to fix it. I have pain on both sides on my hips, tight glutes, lower back pain , the pain increases by sitting on hard surfaces or lifting heavy objects, and gets better with hot showers.
