Tight urethral external sphincters musc
I have been advised to take Alfoo from 6months to 12 months, According to doctor - I have tight urethral external sphincters, Sometimes I have back pain, pelvic pain or burning sensation after urination due to slow flow. Urine microscopy also normal. cystoscopy is done(have no neurogenic bladder, normal urethra (no stricture urethra), no bph ) Average uroflowmetry report Prevoid - 330ml to 520ml Postvoid-15-20ml Qmax-13 to 15ml/sec Qavg - 6 to 8 ml/sec Questions 1.Can Alfoo give permenant relief after taking 6-12months for this issue? 2.whats the normal uroflowmetry qmax and qavg value for 26yr male? 3.having normal Foreskin in flacid state but tight Foreskin in erect state, can there slow urine flow due to this? 4.I would be really grateful if anyone suggest me about this in ayurvedic or homeopathy and if this can be permenantly cured or not  , as i am struggling with this issue from 10 months
