Tightness and irritation in throat
Since 6 months I feel tightness in left side of my neck after talking for sometime, and also feel irritation in left side of throat along with ear pain. Been to several Doctors including 3 different ENT's , everybody said there's nothing. I did all sorts of test CBC(3times), Endoscopy (2times), TLC (3 times), Thyroid, Liver function test, RBC count all came back normal.I also did 5 round of antibiotics but not releived. So what could be the problem??? I feel extreme fatigue and sensitive to cold also.

You should consult a laryngologist who has special endoscope to diagnose details of your larynx.
