Tightness in chest
Facing chest tightness and heavyness like somthing in kept over my lungs and chest area,have done x rays but they comes normal ,have done lung function test it came normal,have done 2-D echo Ecg they also comes normal,facing this from around 1 year , recently diagnosed with vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency ,and taking medicines for that since 4 minths ,but still i get usually tired and short breathness also with chest tightness occurs like something is over my chest ,if you are reading this please please it is affectly me mentally as well as physically i am not able to enjoy my life can not go out can not have physical activities.

This symptoms can be of asthma or can be of acid reflux.. lung function test can be normal in first stage but asthma is diagnosed by lung function test done before and after medicines for asthma.. if not done then incomplete evaluation
