Tightness in right side of throat
Constant tightness in right side of throat and constant swallowing. Endoscopy and lyrnogoscopy is normal.x ray shows left side styloid process elongated. Ct scan shows both sides are elongated styloid process.

Kindly rule out acid reflux. Unlikely due to styloid process.
