Tingling and pain

I am facing tingling and pain in my right arm and hand from last 6 months.there is lot of pain
In my neck when hand tingles.also somtimes there are small red spots on right arm or leg.i have done ncv test which is ok..plz suggest what to do ,can i go for some medical test.earlier this same problem i was facing in my right leg also but now timgling is not in leg but sometimes pain is there in leg

Test depends on examination findings.
You may help by MRI cervical spine.
For symptomatic release you can use pregabalin after consult with physician.
