Probably you could have hurt your elbow while lifting weights. Do you have tingling sensation in all the fingers in right hand or any particular finger?
Next Steps
You should give Ice therapy for your elbow thrice a day for 15-20 minutes. You should do forearm, biceps and triceps stretching exercises. Avoid lifting heavy weights on the affected side. Avoid using high pillow. Avoid lying on the affected side.
Health Tips
If the tingling sensation persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

It is important to know if the pain is on the inner side of the elbow or outer. If inner avoid lat pull down as you could be angling it in. Also check for ability to rotate the palms. Normally both should be close to 80 degrees or even 90 deg. Also important to know if wrist movments hurt.
Next Steps
If positive with the above could be tennis elbow or golfers elbow. Icing helps....15 mins towel wrapped over pain area, 3 times per day
Health Tips
hard to diagnose without consult....
