My face tingling my left arm tingling fingers numb feet tingle chest is tightening and scalp is tingling

I need more information if the tingling sensation is just on left side of the body. And for how long, if it is continuous or from time to time. Because your symptoms could be caused by a various reasons I can't give you any advice without having more details.
