Tingling sensation on my left leg
I have been some kind of tingling sensation below the lower back side of my left leg knee since last 10 days..I feel this sensation for 20-40 seconds and sometimes it pains a lot..Now this is frequently happening to me like more than 10times a day.. What's the solution ?

see basically tingling type of sensation occurs mainly due to nerve compression .but i cant tell you what exactly fault you have weather its problem in your back or your knee joint .in my opinion you consult physiotherapist
so they will check your physical assesment .according to that they guide you exercise to solve this problem .
