Tinnitus in left ear
I have tinnitus and slight low hearing in left ear for 2 months. after ct scan Doctor told that there is fluid imbalance in left ear. i took allopathy medicine for 1 month but no relief.

Tinnitus associated with hearing loss without giddiness is probably due to sensory neural hearing loss

Get a pure tone audiogram and then consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
