Hi, when I stay silent, i hear a mild ringing in my ears. Is it common or is it hearing loss? I used to have headphones on, often at low to medium volume. On going through the Internet i found that this condition is known as tinnitus, is there any treatment for it? Or should i just ignore it and it will heal with time? Please help.

You need to get your ears checked. Sometimes simple wax accumulation can also cause Tinnitus which can easily be extracted by an ENT Specialist.
