Tinnitus with mild hearing loss
Since last 28 days, I am hearing continues ringing in my left ear with buzz, and also robotic sound with eco, someone slap on my cheek so hard, after that I am feeling this problems, I have done audiometry, it shows left mild hearing loss conductive, and temporal bone ct done it's normal, still I am not able to concentrate and do my routine work, is there any treatment

Make sure there is no hole/tear in your ear membrane.if it is big ,the get it corrected surgically. If it is only a small hole,then it will heal on its own
