Tiny red bumps
I had went to a dermatologist in November and found out I had perioral dermatitis had antibiotics for it I had to stop it after a week because it looks like I was having side effects from it I developed these tiny red bumps on my face neck and chest about 3 weeks ago I went back he told me to continue using the creams I had that he gave me before but now it came back again on my neck and my chest and some of my face I really don't know what to do or what's causing it and it's really stressful

Hi Thanks for your query. You could be having some form of acne or folliculitis. Clinical photographs would have been helpful to suggest a diagnosis or remedy.
