Tiny ulcers on tipof tongue n mouth roof
Hi, from past 2 3 days I am having these very sensitive tiny ulcers on tip of my tounge and back roof of my mouth It is very painful while eating or drinking anything Plz help me with what medication I should take to relieve the pain

Clinora gel or dologel CT to apply on the ulcers. Tab.zincovit or becosules 2 times a day for 3 days Along with medication you will have to make changes in ur lifestyle like- Avoid stress Avoid spicy food Keep ur bowel clear
