I am 17, Male.I sleep 8 hrs a day and I take healthy diet.Still, I feel tired all the day.I keep yawning in the classes and also while I read or performing any activity.It's always a feeling to have a nap during the day.And if I don't take nap in afternoons, I get a headache.Is it normal or am I suffering from any disease?I am feeling this every day for last 3 yrs.Firstly, I thought it is normal but it is becoming a serious issue nowadays.
