Hi. I’ve always been having breakdown everytime I try to sleep and it actually affects my sleeping schedule because I have school. I also don’t have the energy to do anything like eating or going to school. And I feel that there’s no point of doing anything. I don’t like myself and I don’t deserve what I have right now. I’m just tired of feeling emotions or feeling anything at all
