Tiredness and fatigue easily,frequenly
Physical or mental tires me quicklyamd very easily..even if not done much work.There's sensations in my head, I get short breath and upper back starts aching...All three things happen at same time. My eyes become heavy.i just feel like lying down with closed eyes and rest. All this happens very frequently. I can't walk much too. Sunlight also troubles my eyes ...Eyes and head starts aching. I also have headaches once / twice a month.

Hello... I understand your situation, based on the history you have given I think you should know that human body require atleast 6-8hrs of sleep.. Without that a person will be irritable, drowsy, difficulty in recollecting recent things if severely sleep deprived, peeson feels easy tiredness... So I suggest you to do some morning brisk walking, meditation and yoga to destress.... There are certain hospital which has sleep clinics who can address your issue kindly visit that center... Good luck...
