Titanus problem
Dr. Today wrist got injured by key hole of lock(see in picture) it bleed little when i pushed it hard. After that i wash it 2 times by hand wash. It is minoe injury and also i want to tell you that i take my last titanus injection in july 2018(6month before from now) i have also sent you photo of injury. Also as you see in photo the lock is not very clean so tell me should i take titanus injection again or not.

Tetanus booster dose should be taken once in 10 years but however taking a tetanus shot within 48 hours of injury is preferable and is of no harm even if you are vaccinated recently. So you can take a shot to be on safer side and for your satisfaction. As per your pic, injury looks minor. So don't worry. Take care
