Tmj, neck pain jaw pain
How can i know if i have tmj or not.. I have neck positions awkward.. Jaws not coming midline and upper teeth far from lower leading forward neck position and continue pain.. Whom to consult.? . I have three consecutive orthodontics treatments... Still wearing lower braces.. My age is 30.. All my life went on treatment.. Pls help.. I m from bangalore..

As far seen in the OPG , anatomy looks decent to me but you are having 3 impacted teeth . Two in upper arch , both sides and one in lower arch , right side. All these impacted wisdom teeth are causing harm to your adjacent teeth that is nearby teeth. As you wrote that ‘jaws not coming midline ... forward neck position and continue pain , this can be due to various reasons , one of them is that you are having prognathic mandible or maxilla which means that you are having your lower or upper jaw more forward. The another reason for pain is definitely due to your impacted wisdom teeth. Tension or stress is also responsible for jaw pain. Get your impacted wisdom teeth removed as early as possible.
