Tmj problem
I am suffering from tmj disorder along with neck pain and back pain. Now I am treating my problem with dentist. After taking tmj post x ray they my jaw joints are much better position than before which I can feel. But nowadays when I blow up my face with air I feel my feel my left jaw gets slightly slipped to backward and also when I try to swallow something (may split, food etc) only I listen some grating noise near my ear. So is there any problem in tmj disk? Should I perform shelf massage and stretching exercise for my facial muscle? And finally I am really worried about it.... Is there anything to worry? Please help me.
