Mild chest pain in both the chest while resting and shoulder and back pain,ulcer and anxiety.
ecg found wpw and eccho normal.doctor said nothing to worry..symptoms are non cardiac but in rutien test TMT test came positive ,conclusion in report was ST depression ischemia..my overal cholesterol 139,HDL 33 AND LDL 103..is there some risk as per my age.what to di.i am realky worried a lot..I have no pain while working or walking.

If TMT strongly positive, then next step is coronary angiogram, if only mildly positive then .. confirm it by stress echo or stress thallium
