Hey there, i am 23yrs old and i have been experiencing heartbeat/palpitations when i place my hand on chest and i get nervous. I have acidity and mostly due to that i have arm and chest pain. My general physician advised ecg and echo and blood test to be sure and everything came in normal !
I dont know its because of my anxiety or otherwise.
Someone adviced me TMT so should i take it ?
