To consult for Acitrom dose
Its regarding my mother.
Her MVR was done is in Dec 2011.
Presently she is paralyzed from last one and half year
her INR level was disturbed from past few days and her INR reached the level of 6 due to which we omit the dose for consecutively 3 days and after that we started with acitrom 2.
now on 10th Nov her INR was 1.99 with PT 20.
Need to check what should be the appropriate dose for her?

Continue acitrom 2mg and 3 mg alternate days and repeat pt/one after 1 week..
Target INR is 2.5 to 3
