Hello, Lopramide is ok. Lactobacillus sachet are best. Just put mouthit dissolve. Ors fresh made FREQUENTLY is very important. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk Light diet like curd rice, porridge khichari,  etc Banana can be taken.ok

Hi Eldoper (loperamide) is just an anti-motility drug. But the cause needs to be treated and more importantly the amount of dehydration needs to be assessed. A course of antibiotic for the infection, ors to maintain the electrolyte imbalance and adequate fluid intake would relieve u of your symptoms.
