To reduce my tummy and get fit.
My weight is 77.8 kgs and my height is 5ft 9 inches is it the ideal one or do I need to reduce my weight? And can you please suggest me how to reduce my tummy fat and get fit? Something like diet plan. Or what to eat and not eat and all the stuff related to loose my tummy fat and get fit and to gain more immunity power. Thanks in advance

SALAD TWO BOWLS IN MORNING N EVENINGBEFORE LUNCH N DINNER.SESONAL FRUITS, JUICE WATERMELON,MAUSAMBI WITHOUT SUGAR. U CAN USE STEVIA LEAF EXTRACT IN PLACE OF SUGAR ONE OR TWO DROP IS SUFFICIENT. LAST BUT NOT LEAST BRICK WALK FOR FOURTY MINUTES FIVE DAYS IN A WEEK. EITHER MORNING EVENING 20 MIN EACH. VERY IMPORTANT. YOU CAN JOIN GIM FOR SAME PURPOSE.
