As I understand your question you have some trauma scar which are on your face and have lost hair on the same.
Scar is a different segment as it cannot be treated with only medicines, it requires intervention with some kind of minor trauma technique. Hence it need to be seen, the depth is to be observed and hence we can go further with the treatment.
About hair on the trauma scar there are other treatments except transplant as well it needs to be examined and in my experience if the scar is not very deep and has few follicles then hair grows back.
