Dear parents,           According to me follow this diet schedule. Stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet like Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi, idle, poha etc, and give milk from 8pm to 8am.   Top toned milk adding sugar as per our taste in glass or katori. Don't give milk after 10pm to 5am. Never use bottle. It is poisonous.     Don't give milk in day time from 8am to 8pm. As 100ml milk gives 70 calories energy, 100 gms food gives 350 calories of energy & 100ml of juices gives 55 calories of energy. Avoid liquid diet in day time.
