Hi, a few weeks ago I went to the beach and walked along wet clay/sand and some got under my toe nails - my big toe specifically had dirty under and even after showering it remained there but I left it.
Over the last few weeks the toe nail has progressively got greener and darker (no change to form or hardness of nail).
Any help appreciated

Could be a fungal infection because of moisture underneath the nail. Avoid work in wet area.oral and topical antifungal helps after confirming diagnosis by a dermatologist. Treatment duration may extend upto 8-12 months
