Have you got your child diagnosed with tongue tied disease? You need to consult a breast feeding counsellor, to see if the child is latching correctly, also check if he or she has neonatal tooth that is causing the pain in your breast while feeding.

It's normal for a child to suck hard on mother's breast for milk. If the sucking of child is causing excessive pain, then you should check the milk volume of the mother... maybe the child is not getting adequate milk, so consult a gynaecologist for medications to increase milk.
It could also be because the child is not feed at regular intervals.
* tongue tie cases do not cause sucking pain. But if you have any doubts regarding the tong tie.. Kindly consult a dentist or ENT or even your gynaecologist could check that.
The pain could also be due to bitting on mother's breast (if not sucking), check for any teeth on the lower jaw of the baby, there are natal teeth present in many and there's nothing to be worried about. If teeth have sharp edges then they can be grinded.
Next Steps
Consult a gynaecologist.
