Hello, I do understand your query. Kindly get a KOH smear done to rule out oral candidiasis. You could meet a dermatologist or any good labs for getting it done. Regards

Any other symptoms? Are you taking any medication for any other reason/illness. Has there been any change in diet and lifestyle in the last 6 - 12 months?
Next Steps
Please consult online. Get basic bloodwork done (CBC, Blood sugar, lipid profile)
