Tongue problem
A small white bump on tip of the tongue, persistent for last 2months almost, visited doc before, used ointment and vitamins but still it exists it is not painful

Going by the description that you have mentioned, it seems like a traumatic injury which has turned into a fibroma. The first thing to understand is that after this duration, it is not going to heal on its own or with any medications, whether ointments or multivitamins or even antibiotics. It will probably require removal but even that can be best decided after a proper clinical examination.
